How to make it

  • Wash and dry chicken breasts then put in non-aluminum pan.
  • Add olive oil and lime juice then sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Turn chicken to coat evenly with marinade then allow to marinate at least 1 hour.
  • Grill chicken breasts and top with sauce.
  • To make sauce heat black iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and onion then cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and add to blender along with heavy cream and chilies.
  • Process until smooth.
