Ingredients

How to make it

  • Start the marinade the day before: if have a food processor or not doesnt matter, Add 1/2 cup olive oil,1 lime squeezed 2 tblsp cumin, 1 tblsp each of black pepper, onion powder, couple pinches of salt, 2 crushed garlic cloves, and like 2 tablespoons of crushed cilantro, then add to meat in a ziplock bag and put in fridge over nite
  • next day start up the grill, you can prep the taco stuffers while grills heatin up. I shred some radishes and a little bit of cabbage, instead of lettuce. the by now throw on the meat cook untill medium, slice it on a bias very thin against the grain, serve it hot with which ever shredded veggie you like and top with cilantro and picante, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm very tasty, enjoy

How much chili powder? It is listed as an ingredient but doesn't show up in the 'recipe'.
