- 1 lb. ham, cut into chunks shopping list
- 2 cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 2 onions, cut into chunks shopping list
- 2 green peppers cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (use more or less according to your taste) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, diced shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- Instructions
- Put all ingredients except shrimp in slow cooker. Cook all day (the longer, the better).
- One hour before serving, add shrimp and turn slow cooker up to high.
- Variations: Can substitute sausage or chicken for ham.
- Notes: Serve over rice and "eat yourself full."
- Serving quantity: Serves 4 people or 1 Cajun.
