Barbequed Beef Ribs Recipe
This recipe comes from my catering partner Jimmy who is the best barbeque guy in the area as far as I am concerned. These are mouth watering and so loaded with flavors. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 8 pounds beef ribs from standing
  • 2 cups sugar rib roast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon barbecue spice
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions
  1. Arrange beef ribs on rack in baking pan.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until golden.
  3. Add mustard, puree, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper sauce, barbecue spice and salt.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes then strain.
  5. Brush barbecue sauce generously over beef ribs covering them thoroughly.
  6. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes basting frequently with sauce until beef ribs are tender and well done.
  7. Store any remaining sauce covered in refrigerator.
