Ingredients
  • 74 Ritz crackers; crushed
  • 3/4c. margarine; melted
  • 3 sm. pkgs. butter pecan pudding mix
  • 2c. milk
  • 1/2 gal. butter pecan ice cream; softened
  • 8oz. whipped topping
  • pecans; chopped

Directions
  1. Mix cracker crumbs & margarine. Press into 9x13" pan.
  2. Whip pudding according to package directions; except reduce the amount of milk to 2cups.
  3. Fold ice cream into pudding & pour over crust.
  4. Cover with whipped topping & garnish with pecans.
