Ingredients
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Suddenly Pasta Salad-Bacon Ranch
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach (may substitute lettuce)
  • 1 large tomato- diced
  • 1/4 cup diced cilantro
  • 3/4 cup diced mushrooms (fresh- not canned)
  • 1 8oz package diced, cooked ham
  • 1 4 oz can diced black olives, drained
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Prepare boxed pasta salad according to directions on the box
  2. Meanwhile chop spinach, tomatoes, cilantro, and mushrooms
  3. Drain pasta
  4. In a large bowl mix pasta with Miracle Whip according to box directions and stir in remaining ingredients
  5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  6. Eat up!!!

This looks good, the ham would bring up the protien content and cilantro makes everything taste better. = )


I like everything about this recipe I have made mine the same way(minus the Spinach) only with regular Miracle Whip.
I love the fact that you cook and think outside of the box
