Janets Black Bean Salsa

This recipe was given to me by a friend. I always keep some of this on-hand throughout the summer. It isn't just great on chips, it is great with other foods too.
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 11 oz can white shoepeg corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 large tomato, diced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. tabasco shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the first six ingredients. Then mix together the dressing. Pour the dressing over the other ingredients and stir gently.
