This is my husband's recipe for bbq sauce. His nickname is "Bulcalf" (don't ask!!) and I gave this recipe to my neice-in-law for her bridal shower cookbook.

Ingredients
  • 2 T. Vinegar
  • 1 T. worchestershire
  • 2 teas. brown sugar
  • 2 teas. salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • 1/2 teas. paprika
  • 1/2 teas. chili powder
  • 1/4 teas. black pepper
  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 3 T. Hot pepper sauce (use more for a hotter bbq sauce)

Directions
  1. Mix together. Use on any meat while grilling or as a sauce after cooking.
