How to make it

  • Add beaten egg yolks to white sauce then stir and cook 1 minute longer.
  • Add chicken, onion, parsley and mushrooms then cool.
  • Beat egg whites stiff but not dry then fold them lightly into chicken mixture.
  • Pour into ungreased baking dish and place in shallow pan lined with thick dampened paper.
  • Bake in preheated electric oven or roaster at 350 for 50 minutes.
