Broccoli Bacon Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 lg. bunch broccoli, chopped

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup chopped mushrooms, slicec

1 medium red onion, diced

1 green pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1 cup miracle whip

1/2 cup sugar

3 T. red wine vinegar

Directions

Mix the dressing together. Pour it over the other ingredients.

If your are making this ahead of time, you may want to put the sunflower seeds on just before serving. I have also put raisins in this salad and that adds a little different flavor.
