Rachel Rays Lime and Honey Glazed Salmon

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (evoo) shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey (3 globs, as Rachel Ray puts it) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (1/3 palmful) shopping list
- 4 (6oz) salmon filets – 2 filets is fine here too, more flavorful that way! shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except for evvo, coating salmon well
- Heat skillet then swirl evoo twice around pan to coat fully
- Add salmon to heated skillet, then add remaining mixture as searing glaze
- Cook about 3-4 minutes on each side
