White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine crumbs and margarine then press onto bottom of spring form pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla mixing at medium on electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition.
  • Blend in white chocolate then mix well and pour over crust.
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes then loosen cake from rim of pan and cool before removing rim of pan.
  • Chill then garnish with fresh berries.
