this goes great with pot roast.

Ingredients
  • 1- cup flour
  • 2- eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in the morning, let stand as long as possible.
  2. pre-heat oven to 425
  3. put 1- tablespoon of veg. oil in muffin pan, place pan in oven until oil is very hot.
  4. take pan out of oven and add mixture 2-tablespoons at a time until muffin pan is half full. bake for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
