Quick And Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
A very easy and quick way to make a chicken pot pie for the family on a hectic day.Pre cook the chicken and freeze in bags, cuts down on prep time.Add a salad and you have a meal.

Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • 1 lb. chicken
  • 2 cans vegetables, drained
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter,softened

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 400° F.
  2. Boil chicken until done and cut up in bite size pieces. (Pre-cooking and freezing cuts the time of this step)
  3. Spread across bottom of 9" x 13" casserole dish.
  4. Mix the vegetables, soup and broth together and
  5. pour over chicken.
  6. Mix the crust ingredients and pour on top,spreading to cover from corner to corner.
  7. Bake at 400° F for 40-45 minutes or until browned.
