Ingredients
  • 1½ lb. ground pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small sized onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients in a fry pan. Cook slowly for one hour stirring frequently. After cooked put in small containers. Some of the containers can be stored in the freezer for use at a later date.

I have never heard of doing this with meat before it sounds good as i like pork.


I have made this with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs, turns out good, it is a Quebec thing, I was fortunate to try it back in 2004, spread on one slice of toast and put mustard on then put other toast on,,, nice toasted sandwich
