Ingredients
  • 3 cups Whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup sucanat (or Rapadura)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 T. Baking Powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup coconut oil (can use olive oil)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees
  2. Combine flour, sucanat, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, and oil; mix well.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir until just blended.
  5. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly before cutting, serve warm.

Hello, I am new to this site and english, can you tell me what sucanat is and when you say cornmeal do you mean like polenta or the white maize flour sorry to be such a numb nut!
