  • frozen salmon fillets (or fresh)

Directions
  1. have fillet salmon sliced into serving pieces
  2. defrost
  3. rinse
  4. dry;
  5. place in suitable dish, covered ,into microwave on HIGHEST HEAT.
  6. time for 3 minutes. NO MORE.
  7. It is tasty and moist as is, but after it is microed you can use yogurt enhanced with
  8. 1 tsp dijon mustard ,3 TB minced f resh dill and lemon juice to taste.
