  • rinse
  • dry;
  • place in suitable dish, covered ,into microwave on HIGHEST HEAT.
  • time for 3 minutes. NO MORE.
  • It is tasty and moist as is, but after it is microed you can use yogurt enhanced with
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard ,3 TB minced f resh dill and lemon juice to taste.
