Saw this on TV years ago, tried it and loved it ! Thank You Al Great spice rub for all meat and poultry

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup adobo
  • 3/4 cup paprika
  • 3/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons allspice

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in air-tight container.
  2. Use as desired.
