Dinner in a pouch. This is a good dinner. Individually wrapped dinner. It's as easy as pass em around.

Ingredients
- 1 package of polish sausage cut into 4 links
- 1 small bag of hashbrowns
- 1 small onion
- 4 tsp. oil or butter
- salt and pepper
- 4 pieces of alunimum foil
Directions
- Place 1 polish sausage link, 1/4 of the hashbrowns, 1/4 onion and 1 tsp. of cooking oil or butter in a piece of foil.
- Fold it over and seal it and place it either on the grill or in the hot coals along the edge of your campfire for about 20-30 minutes.
- When it's done, salt and pepper to taste. Easy to fix and clean up is a breeze

Twist on recipe...... we had friends over and we decided to do these...we also had a relish tray and cut veggies. Before sealing, one of them added brocolli, I layed asparagus on top of hasbrowns and under meat......they all turned out AWESOME!!
