How to make it

  • Mix the cornmeal and soy milk thoroughly in a saucepan, place over a medium heat and bring to the boil,
  • stirring constantly until smooth and thick.
  • Lower the heat, add the spices and flavouring of vanilla add splenda or raw cane sugar. sweeten to taste
  • Continue to cook for a further 10–12 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
  • Serves 4
