This is a very good lamb recipe and the sauce is fantastic. Hope you like it as much as I do. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns split
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Directions
  1. Mix ground lamb, onion, mustard and pepper then shape into 4 patties.
  2. Lightly grease cooking surface of grill then cover and grill patties 5” from heat turning once.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, dill and mustard and stir until well combined.
  4. Serve burgers on buns and top with sauce.
