How to make it

  • In food processor combine graham crackers, butter ,sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
  • Press into a pie pan then freeze 30 minutes.
  • Mix soft ice cream and strawberries until well blended.
  • Pour into pie crust then freeze until firm about 3 hours.
