This is an incredible pie that I have been making for years. It is so refreshing, so creamy and so full of ice cream and strawberry flavors, they will beg for more. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 20 graham crackers
  • 1/2 stick unsalted melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries with syrup thawed at room temperature

Directions
  1. In food processor combine graham crackers, butter ,sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
  2. Press into a pie pan then freeze 30 minutes.
  3. Mix soft ice cream and strawberries until well blended.
  4. Pour into pie crust then freeze until firm about 3 hours.
