How to make it

  • Cut chicken up into serving pieces
  • Season with salt, pepper and garlic
  • Make a sauce by combing the orange juice concentrate, water , preserves, butter and vermouth.
  • Bring sauce to a boil and simmer about 15 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered 350F for 15 minutes.
  • Turn chicken over ( skin side up ) and bake about 45 minutes until chicken is cooked with a nice red glaze
  • Be sure to baste chicken every 15 minutes while baking in oven
  • Spoon extra sauce over chicken when serving.
