Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 6 oz. VELVEETA Made With
  • 2% Milk Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE Thousand Island Fat Free Dressing

Directions
  1. BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. ADD VELVEETA and milk; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  3. PLACE greens on serving platter; top with tomato and onion. Cover with meat mixture. Serve with dressing.
