TUNA PASTA SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 pound gnocchi cooked at dente
  • 1 cup good mayonnaise
  • 2 cans white tuna in water drained
  • 1/3 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 6 ounce can sliced black olives
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined then chill at least one hour before serving.
