Red White and Blue Lamb

- 12 lamb sirloin chops shopping list
- 24 small potatoes unpeeled, cooked until just tender shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves shopping list
- 4 oz bleu cheese broken into 12 pieces shopping list
- 1 can good beef broth undiluted shopping list
- 2 tsp crumbled chiles shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350
- Trim excess fat from chops and place in a single layer in a 13 x 9 pan.
- Place garlic cloves around.
- Evenly divide chiles and press into both sides of chops.
- Place cheese on top side of chops and add several grinds of pepper.
- Pour broth over all.
- Bake 1 3/4 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Place boiled potatoes around chops.
- Continue to baste all and bake another 15 mins.
- Serve with the gravy if there is any left.
