Power Granola

- 8 c. rolled oats shopping list
- 1 3/4 c. puffed millet shopping list
- 1 c. oat bran shopping list
- 1 c. chopped or sliced almonds shopping list
- 1/2 c. Rapadura or brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c. coconut flour shopping list
- 1 1/4 c. virgin coconut oil shopping list
- 1 c. raw honey shopping list
- 2 t. vanilla shopping list
- 1 t. cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- In a 2-qt. saucepan, heat the coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until runny.
- Combine dry and liquid ingredients.
- Bake on cookie sheets in 350 degree oven for 18-22 minutes.
- Let cool before storing.
- Add raisins, dried fruit, or carob chips, be creative!
- Serve with fresh fruit -- YUM!
