A quick and easy cheese ball recipe given to me by a friend. I'm not sure where she got the recipe, which is why I call it Nancy's Cheese Ball.

Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 8-ounce package Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 stick butter, slightly softened
  • 3 Tbsp ranch dip mix
  • 2 tsp chives
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, ranch mix, and chives. Mix until smooth.
  2. Form into a ball.
  3. Roll ball in chopped pecans.
  4. Can be served immediately or allowed to chill in refrigerator.
