Lentil Mushroom Soup

My family eats this for dinner as a mian course with rolls. It is very thick and filling.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lentils shopping list
- 2 medium carrots, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup celery, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup parsley, snipped shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, optional shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except sour cream in crock pot.
- Cook in crockpot on low for 10-12 hours or 5-6 hours on l ow.
- Serve with a dolup on sour cream.
