How to make it

  • first take 2 tbs butter and place in a small sauce pan over med-high heat once melted put in corn syrup and half of the sugar stir to combind now turn down to med, med- high now get a cookie sheet with sides and put down your crackers mine are the little baby ones but whatever works oh ya crackers go in a single layer completely cover the whole thing
  • now your "caramal" should look nice and goldeny maby jus a slit yellow all is good now place your cookie sheet next to your caramal cause it cools quickley and it needs to be plyable and just get a spoond and slop it all over thoes crackers just let it soak in as we make our brownies
  • so take your remainder butter and place in microwave for just 10 sec put in a big bowl with sugars- remaining white and all brown with your wisk froth up your sugar and butter add coffee and milk little bites ata time to make sure you dont make it all lumpy-yuck! okay now take your flour cocoa baking powder and like eh teaspoon salt or so maby more i love salt once all thoes are combind fold dry into wet and spread a thin layer over crackers dont go all the way to the edger mainly the center
  • bake at 325 for 15-20 min
  • take out and place some rock salt ontop of brownie let cool and take out of pan to keep or it will be way to hard to get out to eat
