Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to about 350 degrees,
  • Throw everything into a large casserole dish or dutch oven.
  • Cover with lid or foil and bake until the potatoes are soft and the pirogies are cooked thoroughly, approx. 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
  • Don't worry about adding any water. The liquid from the sauerkraut and pirogies should suffice.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Enjoy!

Sounds so delicious. I love the way the sausage and kraut taste when together in a recipe.
