Romanesque Baked Chicken

- 1/2 pound spaghetti shopping list
- 4 large chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 1 cup white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 cup green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 16 ounces tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water cook spaghetti until just tender then drain.
- Put in a buttered rectangular baking dish.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat then add chicken and cook 5 minutes per side.
- Arrange on top of spaghetti.
- Add onion, pepper and garlic to pan then cook 5 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire and oregano then cook 1 minute.
- Pour over chicken and spaghetti then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes.
