Roast Leg Of Lamb  In Crock-Pot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 1/2 lb Lamb roast; boneless
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Lemon and pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 c Dry white wine

Directions
  1. Peel garlic and cut in slivers.
  2. Puncture surface of lamb with tip of sharp knife.
  3. Twist knife 90 degrees and insert slivers of garlic along blade of knife.
  4. Space garlic slivers evenly on surface of roast.
  5. Season entire surface with lemon and pepper seasoning.
  6. Place roast on trivet to fit crockpot; add wine.
  7. Cook 10-12 hours on low high 5-6 hours.on high
