Apple Cinnamon Squares Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl,combine cake mix and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • Set aside 1 cup and press the rest of the mixture into a lightly greased 9" x 13 x 2" baking pan.
  • Arrange apple slices over crust.
  • Blend together sour cream and egg. Spread over apples.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together with reserved cake mix crumb mixture. Sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cut into squares and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

    Awesome!! Bet I could use up the pears no body seems to be eating in this!!!


    So I used the pears they worked great!!! I used a cinnamon swirl cake mix cause I was out of yellow, it turned out wonderful!!!!
