How to make it

  • Dip pork tenderloins into beaten egg and then parmesan cheese.
  • lightly saute in olive oil.
  • Place on broiler rack, 1 in.fillets 2-3 in from flame, 3-5 in for thicker pieces.
  • Broil until brown on one side appox.4-5 min. turn and cook for another 4-5 min or until nicely browned.
  • Serve with the steamed rice or on the bed of greens.
  • Garnish with a fresh cilantro sprig.
