Ingredients
- chicken
- garlic
- onion
- oil
- pepper
- laurel
- salt
- vinegar
- soy sauce
Directions
- 1saute' the garlic and onion to mediun brown
- 2.put the chicken and saute' till golden
- 3.put 1/2 cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 4. add water 1/3 cup and bring to boil
- 5.add pepper and little salf to taste and add the leaves of laurel
- after cooking the chicken for 15-20 minutes
