Tangy Maple Terrine

- 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 2/3 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/3 cup evaporated skim milk shopping list
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together the yogurt, milks and maple syrup.
- Freeze until partially set, about 1 hour.
- Beat again with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight.
