Cheese Ripple Fudge Cake

- 1 package fudge cake mix shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1 package fudge frosting mix shopping list
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup lukewarm water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then grease a rectangular cake pan.
- In large bowl blend first 4 ingredients until moistened then beat as directed on cake package.
- Pour half the batter into prepared pan.
- In small bowl blend first 3 filling ingredients until smooth then add coconut.
- Spoon over batter in pan then cover with remaining batter.
- Bake 40 minutes then cool completely.
- Blend frosting ingredients until smooth then spread over cake.
