This is a very rich, very moist, very creamy chocolate cake bursting with chocolate and cream cheese flavors. Can't go wrong with this one. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 package fudge cake mix
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • Frosting:
  • 1 package fudge frosting mix
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/3 cup lukewarm water

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease a rectangular cake pan.
  2. In large bowl blend first 4 ingredients until moistened then beat as directed on cake package.
  3. Pour half the batter into prepared pan.
  4. In small bowl blend first 3 filling ingredients until smooth then add coconut.
  5. Spoon over batter in pan then cover with remaining batter.
  6. Bake 40 minutes then cool completely.
  7. Blend frosting ingredients until smooth then spread over cake.
