The blonde equivilant to brownies, without the chocolate but double the fun!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a saucepan melt butter and remove from heat.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla and egg.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt..
  5. Blend well.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
