BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bradley Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli cut into florets
  • 1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 7 ounces raisins

Directions
  1. To prepare dressing blend yogurt, sugar and vinegar.
  2. Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and raisins in mixing bowl then gently fold in dressing.
  3. Serve salad slightly chilled.
