Pizza Butter English Muffins

Great recipe to keep on hand for quick and easy after school snacks, company, etc. Pizza butter is also great on Italian or French bread as a nice change from garlic bread
Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter or margarine softened shopping list
- 2 sm cans tomato paste shopping list
- 2 Tbs. oregano shopping list
- 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- dash of garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- English muffins, or French or Italian bread as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread some over split English muffins and broil till brown and bubbly.
- Pizza butter can also be spread on other kinds of bread too.
- Refrigerate extra pizza butter.
