Great recipe to keep on hand for quick and easy after school snacks, company, etc. Pizza butter is also great on Italian or French bread as a nice change from garlic bread

Ingredients
  • 3 sticks butter or margarine softened
  • 2 sm cans tomato paste
  • 2 Tbs. oregano
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • dash of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • English Muffins, or French or Italian bread as needed

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spread some over split English muffins and broil till brown and bubbly.
  3. Pizza butter can also be spread on other kinds of bread too.
  4. Refrigerate extra pizza butter.
