Ingredients
  • 2 tea. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 TAB. chili powder
  • 1/4 tea. cinnamon
  • 1 jar (14 oz.) marinara sauce
  • 1 can (19 oz.) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, chili powder and cinnamon
  4. Cook, stirring until meat is browned (about 5 minutes)
  5. Stir in marinara sauce and kidney beans
  6. Bring to boil
  7. Toss sauce with hot pasta in a bowl, sprinkle with cheese
