Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ziti
  • 1 lb ricotta
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Blend all ingrediants together
  3. Place in 2 quart greased casserole.
  4. Bake 40 minutes in 375 degrees untill the center is dry.
