How to make it

  • In large mixing bowl combine ground beef, sausage, and eggs.
  • Crush crackers, break up bread into bite size pieces and add to bowl.
  • Add seasonings, onion and sauces to bowl.
  • Dig in and mix entirely with hands.
  • Firmly press and mold into a loaf pan and place in oven at 350 for 40 minutes
  • Mix toppings ingredients in saucepan and boil on low stirring occasionally until sauce is thick.
  • After the 40 minutes carefully remove pan from oven and drain any greases or juices from meatloaf.
  • Top meatloaf with sauce toppping and place in oven for an additional 20 minutes.
