A simple meatloaf with lots of different tastes

Ingredients
  • 1 ob.Ground Beef
  • 1/3 lb. Pork Sauasage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 saltine crackers
  • 2 pc. bread of any kind
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp. steak sauce
  • 1 tsp. bbq sauce
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Hickory BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp. Terriaky sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar

Directions
  1. In large mixing bowl combine ground beef, sausage, and eggs.
  2. Crush crackers, break up bread into bite size pieces and add to bowl.
  3. Add seasonings, onion and sauces to bowl.
  4. Dig in and mix entirely with hands.
  5. Firmly press and mold into a loaf pan and place in oven at 350 for 40 minutes
  6. Mix toppings ingredients in saucepan and boil on low stirring occasionally until sauce is thick.
  7. After the 40 minutes carefully remove pan from oven and drain any greases or juices from meatloaf.
  8. Top meatloaf with sauce toppping and place in oven for an additional 20 minutes.
