This is a recipe my daughter made and it was too good to be true for spinach.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups of cleaned fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of palm nuts (may use sliced almonds if you cannot find the palm nuts)
  • Poppy seed salad dressing

Directions
  1. prepare the first 3 ingredients as you would any other salad
  2. Top with the poppy seed dressing and toss.
