How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC)
- Line 9in pie pan with pie crust
- Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix lightly
- Fill pie crust and place second crust over filling.
- Wrap excess top crust under the bottom crust edge.
- Press edges together to seal and flute.
- Cut slits in top crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, and reduce heat to 400ºF (202ºC) and bake for a further 40 minutes.
