How to make it

  • Puree the tofu until it is smooth. Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly. Pour into seven dessert bowls. Refrigerate overnight.

    Hi anitagae If you use the Mori nu brand (preferred for this recipe), you can just dump it in the blender the way it comes. If you buy the water packed tofu, it will need to be drained, then squeeze out the excess water. In both cases use the silken variety and puree until it's very smooth (this happens quickly):)

    I've never pureed tofu so do you need any liquid with it or does it just get all pureed by itself?? Does it make a difference what firmness it is? I can't wait to try it. Thanks for the easy recipe.
