Pineapple Delight Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans of crushed/chunked pineapple

1 Small bowl of cool whip

1 package of Cream Cheese

1 Box of Powered Sugar

2 Cups of flour

2 Cups of Melted Butter

1 Cup of Chopped Pecans

Directions

Crust

Melt the butter and mix with the flour and pecans. If you don't like pecans then you don't have to have them.

After you get all of the ingredients mixed together then put into a baking dish, the biggest one you have.

Then you cover the bottom of you dish with the dough, try to get it as even as possible.

Bake in the oven on 375 until it is lightly brown.

Let cool.

First Layer

Make sure your cream cheese and cool whip is soft and mix with the whole box of powered sugar.

Spread this mixture on top of the crust.

Top

Open the cans of Pineapple and get it on the top evenly as possible.

You can use any kind of fruit of your choice, but I myself love the pineapple.

But note that if you use strawberries or something else you have to cut the fruit up and mix with the same kind of fruit pie filling.

Now try it and enjoy.

There are several versions of this dessert ,instead of fruit you can use pudding mixes one layer chocolate one layer vanilla, whatever way you prefer , I have had this both ways and I can say they were all very good.
