How to make it

  • Rub mustard on steaks both sides salt& pepper & lemon pepper
  • beat with a meat mallot on both sides about 5 minutes on each side is how wife does it ,
  • set in fridge overnight covered in saran wrap or foil
  • grill next day on hot grill about 10 minutesadd bbq sauce then turn over and add sauce let cook another 15 minutes . take off grill and add COUNTRY BOB's steak sauce this is the only kind of steak sauce we use . To us it is the best. You will not taste the mustard it cooks off or the bbq sauce hides the flavor it is just to make steaks tender.
