Grilled Tuna With Melon Salsa Recipe
You can use honeydew mellon if you prefer. This is also good using Cajun seasoning on the fish.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 Cup coarsely chopped cantaloupe
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 Cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 Tblsp olive oil
  • 2 Tblsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tblsp minced seeded jalapeño
  • 4 5- to 6-ounce fresh tuna steaks (about 1/2 inch thick)

Directions
  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Mix cantaloupe, onion, cilantro, 2 tblesp oil, lime juice and jalapeño in small bowl. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, brush tuna steaks on both sides with remaining 2 tblsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill tuna until just opaque in center, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer tuna to plates. Spoon salsa alongside and serve.
